Note regarding BX Aviation UG (haftungsbeschränkt):
When the Swiss Cherry BX-2 designer Max Brändli passed away, his Swiss enterprise “BX Aviation” ceased.
In order to take care of this outstanding design as Max would have wished for, the community of heirs decided to transfer the rights for being the official Cherry BX-2 building-advisor and licenser to one of the builders (S/N 159).
Wolfgang Spang started a new enterprise “BX Aviation” UG (haftungsbeschränkt) in Germany for this reason.
